Wrong Admin assigned

I set up our business account yesterday and accidentally assigned someone as admin.  They are no longer with us, however, still have files that I need to access.

 

Can you please tell me how to make myself admin?  I cannot access their email account to change anything and not quite sure how this happened.

Hi there, generally if you setup someone else as admin, it isn’t possible to gain access to the account, as they are technically the owner.
 
If their email is owned by your company domain, and you can remotely administer it, then you can reset the password for the account to login to it. 
 
Just to check, how did you setup the account? If you set it up yourself, then you should also be an admin on the account. If so, you can easily remove their admin access and grant that access to another user if need be.
 
We always recommend having at least two admins on a team, in case the admin leaves the company and leave users without a way of administering their account.
