Hi,
I have to free up space on my phone and I was hoping to delete photos and videos once they were uploaded on Dropbox via Camera Upload.
However, I just realized that the files on Upload are of a different size. E.g. a video that on my phone is 155.77 MB is uploaded as a 148.55 MB . This despite the fact that Dropbox promises files are untouched. Can I trust it and delete or are my files actually being compromised when I move them to Dropbox?
Hey @Celia7, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let us know if this is happening with only this specific video file of yours or if it's affecting other files as well? Are you using an iOS device or an Android one?
Also, can you send us a screenshot of the file's properties before uploading it to Dropbox and one of how its properties look like after uploading it to Dropbox?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

When you say 'transfer', can you clarify the exact steps you take to do this @Celia7?
Also, could you grab me the screenshots I asked for from a sample file?
