View, download, and export

I have been trying to download my photos from my dropbox account. When i select the photo and press the download options in dropbox it just refreshes the page and doesn't download anything. How can i solve this problem?
I have the exact same issue. When I share a link to a folder in my dropbox, the recipient is unable to "download as zip". When the recipient opens up the link to my folder they are able to view the files in their web browser, but they are unable to download them into a zip folder. Once clicked, the "download as zip" option only refreshes the current webpage, but does not initiate a pop-up a dialogue box (which used to ask where we'd like to save our zip folder). I've had this issue for the longest time with no resolution and it is very frustrating. Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you,
Dana
Trying to download photos from dropbox, i select my photos but cannot see the download button to click on. Please help
this happened to me yesterday but it would work if I right clicked on the individual photo and did it that way
Hi,
Note: It's not possible to use the website to download an entire folder that's over 1 GB or that has over 10,000 files..( Source : https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/49)
Since i was not able to download any of my photos nor videos from Dropbox website in a bulk amount since i had lots of my photos and videos, then i downloaded a Dropbox application for my PC and downloaded all of my photos and other stuff that i needed.
I hope this would help you guys.
Mahesh.
