Hi, I can't seem to access my files on my desktop dropbox. E.g, when I try to open an image, the following message appears, "sorry photos can't open this file because the format is currently unsupported, or the file is corrupted". I can access the same files on my browser or android phone. We have a Dropbox for Business account. Please advise what I need to do, thanks.
Have you got a program installed, and configured, which can open those types of files? Especially something such as .raw

As @Mark said, it's possible that you might have another program which could be attempting to open a file meant for another program.
What filetypes are you trying to open on your machine?

I am trying to open JPG files but can't. 100s of JPG files and none can be opened. The error is as in OP post.

Are you trying to open the files using our desktop app, the mobile app or the website? Can you try to download the files locally first, and check if they preview?
