Can't view my files as I'm overquota

Can't view my files as I'm overquota

Hello,

Awhile back I had a folder of videos shared with me but now all of a sudden I click on the folder and I can’t see inside the folder a screen pops up and says I need more space . I’ve watched all of those movies multiple times within the past year or so now all of sudden I can’t? Is there a way I could view them without adding more space?

Hi @Clutch2324, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you able to access your files when using this link?

Are the files in shared folders, or in private folders?

This will help me to assist further!

There are 2 folders under the shared folders tab. One of them I am able to click on and view the content. The other (the one I’m referring to) when I click on it, it brings me to the screen that I wants me to upgrade and pay for a subscription. I really hope I did not lose access to that folder for good!

My profile account screen says Details and below says space uses 315.3MB of 2GB

Is the folder larger than your available quota? If so, then you would need more quota in order to add that shared folder to your account.

I have never needed more quota and I’ve been able to access this folder for 3 years now. This is the only files I have

Sorry to jump in here, @Clutch2324, but just to clarify, is this shared folder actually added to your account or does it have an "add" button on it, when you hover over it in the shared tab?

Are you able to locate and access it from the "all files" page?
