Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
Insanely slow download speeds, downloads getting stuck before finishing, etc. Anyone else experiencing this? My Internet is fine otherwise.

Can you clarify which platform you're using? Is it our website, the desktop app or the mobile app?
If you're getting any error messages, do send us a screenshot as well, so we can check this out.
