Cannot open a file and cannot reach customer support

I've received two sets of files. One set are pdf, and I can open those.  The other set, not pdf, won't open. I get a message "msg files can't currently be reviewed".  I tried downloading, but get a message, "There is no application set to open the document . . .", even though I have Microsoft Outlook.

I've tried going through Dropbox "Help", but the link to Chat does nothing.  There seems to be no way to reach anyone at Dropbox.

Hey @buckbrougham, thanks for posting here today!

Which platform do you use, in order for you to open your .msg files? Do you use our desktop app, website, or mobile app?

A screenshot and some more information or clarifications would also help. Also, keep in mind that the level of support depends on the plan you have. You can see more about this here

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

I'm trying to open the messages on my iMac desktop using whatever app I can find, including Microsoft Outlook.

Hi @buckbrougham, as .msg files can't be previewed on the Dropbox site, you'd need to find an app or service that can preview them on your device.

Generally, this would be an email program, though there should be free msg viewers if you search for them.
