Downloaded picture does not keep original creation date

What a MESS. I stored thousands of pictures, sorted them, etc etc just now to realise that when I download them, the date of the picture is modified and does not keep the original creation date.
Customers have already complained about it in the past, no solution until now...

I tried AMAZON PHOTOS since it is for free and the downloaded files/pictures keep the original creation date.

Please provide a solution.

Can you please clarify where exactly you're checking the creation date of your files and maybe send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?
