Dropbox Transfer continues to fail

Dropbox Transfer continues to fail

Greetings

 

I am trying to download a 2.5 GB file to edit, my client is sending it via Dropbox transfer, but every time I try to download it is incomplete crdownload file.  Same issue in Firefox, the download fails.  Ive update browsers, cleared cache and hardwired my internet connection, not sure what else I can do,

 

any help welcomed

Hi @Silas R, how are you today?

 

Do you happen to know how many files are in the folder they are trying to transfer to you? Is more than 10,000 files possibly or just a specific file?

 

Have you also tried an incognito tab on your browser?

Hi @Silas R, can you confirm your browsers are up to date?

 

Also what is the OS you're using on your end?

Im on Mac, updated OS and Chrome updated, still failed.  I created a shared folder in my dropbox and my collaborator was able to put file there, thankfully. thx for help
