Dropbox changing video dimensions

Hello,

I have a 1080x1920 video that I have exported from Adobe Premiere Pro. I have confirmed that these dimensions are correct by looking at the file info on my local PC.

I dragged this video into a folder on Dropbox then downloaded it onto my iPhone 12 using the Dropbox app.

The video on my iPhone, however, is 982x1920. I’ve tried looking for settings that could possibly cause this on Dropbox and have googled to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey @FazedYT, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community.

Generally, Dropbox does not alter the files you add to your account in any way.

The previews of your files on the mobile app or website might not be in the actual quality, as they would if they were downloaded and opened locally, but the actual file doesn't change.

Can you walk me through the steps you followed to download the file from Dropbox to your phone?

And can you please send me a screenshot showing this discrepancy?
