Dropbox on Android won't open .htm

Dropbox on Android won't open .htm

As of very recently, I can't open an .htm file on the Android app. I tried it on several devices, and on multiple files. It seems to be trying to open them as .pdb files. Both devices are running Android 13.
I was able to open the files on my Windows 11 computer.

I want to add that the files haven't been modified since I last accessed them.

Thanks for posting here today, @bvlenci!

If you export this file to your mobile device, are you able to open it then?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly on your Dropbox app, so that I can take a look?

Give me a nudge, when you have more updates.

The files were already on the Android devices. (An Xperia phone and a tablet). They were all in the format .htm and I had opened them successfully recently. I tried several files on both devices. Here is what I see when I try to open them:

I was able to open the files in Windows, so it's only the Android app that has a problem.

Hi @bvlenci, we're unable to view that image on our end, could you copy and paste it in your next reply, while hiding any personal info in it?
