Whether i opem a excel or word file from Dropbox the file name appear with a % sign example 2212 28 it will appesr as 2212%202528
Appreciate some assistance here.

Hey @FRANCIS HENG, sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if the file's name contain any incompatible characters?
Have you tried renaming it perhaps?
Also, do you see any difference when previewing this file on dropbox.com?
