Hi Guys,
There is issue in downloading a file that I addedd/uploaded on 30th june on my fropbox account. As I have accidentally deleted that file from my ssd but luckily I have uploaded the same file on my dropbox acc. Now I am trying to download the same file which is 210 gb in size is failing to download. I tried several times with different browser the downloading starts fine but it stops at 70gb[firefox browser], sometime it stops at 20gb[in chrome browser]. How can I smoothly download the whole 210gb file.
Note: It is a single file[210gb in size]
Thanks in advance
Hey @harper441 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clear your browser's cache, and/or try an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let me know how it goes?
Thanks!

will try that and let you know...
Take your time @harper441
Also note that if you're using the desktop app on a computer, it would be easier for this file to sync down to your device.
In any case, please keep me posted!
