How do I invite a group to a file without entering individual email addresses?

Hey @staynavytom, thanks for posting your question to our Community.
At the moment, inviting groups of people to a folder, instead of individually, is a feature available only for Dropbox Business members.
For personal (Basic, Plus, Professional) accounts, you can invite users individually.
You're welcome to post an idea about this, though, on our idea board for other users to up-vote.
