What message are you getting? Are you downloading a file from the Dropbox site directly, or by using the Dropbox desktop application to sync the file down?

I have about a half-hour video in Dropbox. I would like to send it in an email to someone else. Sorry, I'm not very techie. I tried to do this on my own, but it tells me that it is already downloaded on my laptop. Other than Dropbox I have no idea how to find where it is downloaded to on my laptop. Thanks, Sukhi
Hey @Sukhi, if this file is already saved to your Dropbox account, you can use the steps here, to create a link to the file, so that you can share it with anyone you want.
