Hello! Recently a right sidebar started showing up when I select a file -- showing the entire document. I don't want this. Can someone please tell me how to stop it from popping up? Many thanks in advance.
Hey @Beth_10 - sorry to jump in here and thanks for the visual aid!
If you click on the icon to the right of the page (with the little arrow next to it), you should be able to choose from 'Quick View' and 'Full Screen'. Could you give it a go and let me know if it helps?

Hey @jpgraham, welcome to our Community!
Would you mind clarifying which one of our platforms you're using when this happens?
Do you use our website, desktop app or mobile app? If you have any screenshots demonstrating this, in order for me to have a visual, that'd help.
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan --- I'm using the website version.
Hey @jpgraham, I'd more than love a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual, in order to guide you and see what you're seeing on your end.

jpgrapham is referring to the preview window on the right. I have the same issue. This just started and is the most disruptive feature I've experienced in a while. Is there a way to shut it off? I am simply clicking on the file like normal to fully open it and I get this nonsense. I don't want to see a preview. I just want to open the file. Sometimes I don't even click on the file and the preview pops up anyway. This feature is very glitchy.

It appears to have worked. Thanks so much for that! I am including a screenshot for folks who are having the same issue. I'll be back if I have any more issues. Thank you, Walter.

Sorry -- I was without powr for the past 36 hours due to the storm.
Here is my screenshot. Whenever I click on a file (on the left) --
a visual shows up on the right. I don't need/want it to show.
I'd like to find out how to stop it from happening. Thanks!

That fix worked for me as well! Thanks, Megan.!!
