Hello, I can't download the file from the dropbox, every time I click on the link to download the file, it always gives an error, I tried it from different devices, but unsuccessfully (tell me what could be?

Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser/incognito window and let us know how it goes?
If you still get the same error, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

From what I understand, you’re having this issue with a shared link that was sent to you by another user, correct?
Are you having any trouble downloading other files, in general? If you happen to have another shared link available at the moment, can you please try to download its files and let me know what you see?
Does the owner of the shared link face similar issues on their end?
