I received a file transfer but there is an error when I try to download it.

I received a file transfer but there is an error when I try to download it.

I recieved files and when I go to the dropbox email to download them all i get is "Error
No podemos encontrar la página que buscas." (Error - we cant find the page you are looking for) .
But the email is a dropbox email telling me to download the files that i recieved

Have you tried accessing the email, and opening these files using a different browser, by any chance?

 

Could you kindly send me a screenshot of the error message that you mentioned, in order for me to have a visual?
