Hi, I can view folders / files on my desktop app but can't open them. When I login on the web only a few folders show. All others are missing. They aren't showing as deleted - nor should they be. And ideas ? I have a personal account
Hey @GemStone, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you're getting any specific errors when you try to preview those files on your computer?
If you could send us a screenshot, I'd appreciate it.
Apart from that, can you let us know if you're running the desktop app on your device?
Also, when it comes to your missing files from the website, can you see any signs of them in your events page?
