My Zoom recordings automatically change from .mp4 to .conf, after uploading them to Dropbox.

Hi 

Dropbox is now automatically changing any zoom recordings I upload and even recordings that I had previously uploaded as MP4 to conf. files which I am unable to view. Never was a problem before, and I didn't adjust any settings. Have done a test recording on zoom account and it saves to my computer as MP4 so why does dropbox change it. No one can view any meetings now as there have all been changed to a conf. file. How to I change back?

Note: I am working on a Mac not a pc. Have seen several videos online about how to do this on a pc but cannot replicate on a Mac. No help from Dropbox support on twitter chat. Been on there for an hour and they can't seem to help

I would also appreciate screenshots that show the steps, the original file, and the changed file.
