Hi There, any advice please on the below issue? Every time I select the Online Search window in recent days I get this message. Same message was happening for other colleagues in recent days but resolved. Issue is ongoing for me. Have updated Firefox and deleted caches etc but the problem persists. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the update here, @GarryWP.

If it works in other browsers and in private browsing mode, I would suggest clearing your browser's cache, to see if that helps.

Hey @GarryWP, thanks for posting here today!

Would you mind clarifying if you've also tried a different browser, and an incognito mode and if the same thing happens there?

When did this start happening? Also, if you try using our mobile app (provided that you have it installed on one of your devices) do you notice the same behavior there?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan, thanks for the response. Started happening 5 days ago. Yes, it works in Safari. Yes, it works in Firefox incognito mode. I updated Firefox but still doesn't work. I don't have DropBox on other devices. At least I have a workaround in Safari, thanks. Any ideas how I might get it back up and running in Firefox as it is my preferred default browser.
