Photo backup not downloading when I plug iPhone into Mac laptop

Usually when I plug in my iPhone into my laptop I get the little pop up telling/asking me that it will download photos (and videos) to my camera folder in my Dropbox.

Hi there @liontamer67, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

If you've ensured that your devices' OS versions and the versions of the Dropbox app both on your computer and on your iPhone are up to date, could you try turning the camera uploads feature off and then back on and try again?
