Hi I’m having problems playing back my downloaded tracks on Dropbox, I used various iPhones but found the same bug on all of them. Basically it’ll cut out the beginning of the speech, rap, instrumental or singing during the stream on the Dropbox app of the downloaded track sometimes making me think there was a download error, usually the track is fine when played back on another app but it’s a bother

Would you mind clarifying where the issue is exactly?

 

Are you seeing this behavior when previewing your audio files directly on the Dropbox app?

 

Or when you play them locally on the device, after downloading them from the Dropbox app?

 

And does this affect all audio files or specific ones?

 

Let me know and we'll go from there.

It happens when previewing files on Dropbox, it affects all audio files and happens occasionally but more frequently than not so.

Thanks for the update, @Jah-Femi!

 

Are you on the latest version of the Dropbox app on all your iOS devices?

 

If you open the Dropbox app, tap on account, then on the gear icon and then on "clear cache" and then restart the app, does that help?
