Cannot open recently saved files in Dropbox on iPhone 12 Pro Max or new iPad Air
Hi @Drjay, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify exactly what error you're getting when previewing the files. Is it for a specific file type, or for any file?
Are you using WiFi or cellular data to open the file?
This will help me to assist further!

I don't know if I have the same issue....All of my Dropbox files are "empty" unless I open them and re-save them .... ON. BY.ONE!!! Example, I'm writing a blog post on my Wordpress site and have a photo I want to upload. I click on Media upload, which takes me to my dropbox on my computer (happens on both MacBook and iMac) and fine the photo I want to use. When I click upload, I get an error message there is no file there. So, I have to go to Dropbox, open said photo, Export it and save it again as the same file (making sure I get it back in the right file folder or who knows where the heck it will get filed) and then go back to Wordpress and try the same steps again. NOW there is a file there.
I have to do this on EVERY SINGLE FILE. EVERY TIME. What is causing this? I'm a very long time, die hard Dropbox user, but this is enough to walk away and move everything to some other storage platform. (My friends at Google come to mind!)
HELP
Hey @Thom A., thanks for commenting here.
Are the files you initially choose to upload, set to 'online-only' (gray cloud)?
If so, can you right click on them, choose to make them available offline and then upload them, to see if that works?
