Saved document won't transfer over to app for everyone to view

Saved document won't transfer over to app for everyone to view

So this has been going on for A while and I am really needing to figure out this issue. At my place of work we do A daily report at the end of every night. It lets all managers and Owner's see what all was sold that day. Well after inputting everything, saving doc, Then printing. I'll make sure to close all the way out of it. At that point anyone that wants to see it should be able to open the App and see that days File. But Lately they cant. In fact the only way it will finally work, is I have to go back in my self on my computer and open, save, and close the program like 4 or 5 times and it will then finally save and they can then see it. If I don't do that, Not at any point will it show up on anyone's app on everyone's phone's.

So not sure what to do or if there is anyone I can call? It is super frustrating to have to deal with this! Really hoping someone out there has dealt with this? Hopefully has the Answer's how to fix this issue.

Hey @JOSHNORTHTOWN, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please let me know if you're using personal accounts at your work or if you're all part of the same Dropbox for Business teams account?

Is this document an individually shared file or are you working in a shared folder perhaps?

Are you making sure that the desktop app on your computer is 'up to date' in your system tray/menu bar and not still syncing your changes when you turn off your computer?

Are you all able to see the file on the website by the way?

Keep us posted!
