Subfolders Showing in List View but Not in Icon View

Subfolders Showing in List View but Not in Icon View

I have 3 subfolders and 1 separate file in a main folder. When I open that main folder, I can see all those files in list view. However, in icon view only one of the subfolders is showing, and it looks like the others don't exist. I have synced, logged in and out, and restarted my computer. Is there a setting somewhere that affects this? I am using a Mac if that helps. Thanks!

Hi @STEPHANIEP, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please send us a screenshot of how this looks like so that we can have a visual too?

Also, can you clarify the desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar?

Thanks so much!
