View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
I recently made tags for my photos. When I go to the individual photos, the tags show up. When I try to search, the tags show up, but show 0 results found. I am using the online version of dropbox and have tried multiple browsers as suggested in earlier help messages. This did not change the outcome.
Hi @BA15, welcome to our Community!
Could you send me a few screenshots of your search results, when you try to search for one of your tags?
Does this happen with a specific tag, or all of them?
Keep me posted!

Here are 3 screenshots- One shows that when I look a the photo, the tags show up. One shows that when I begin to search, the tags show up as choices and the third shows that I get 0 results. This is happening on multiple browsers and the none of the tags seem to work.
Hey @BA15; I hope you’re doing well.
From what I can see from your second screenshot, no tags are showing when typing “#n” in the search bar.
Can you please try to search for any files that are tagged with “nate” and let me know if you see any results?
