Our team is able to view the shared links we send to our clients today, but our clients (in different states) are saying they are unable to view them.

This is the message they're getting:

Hi @stephsnaps, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

How are you sending these shared links, via the site or using an email program or another service? The information in the image doesn't show a Dropbox URL.

Does your shared link have the normal https://www.dropbox.com/ URL in it somewhere?

This will help me to assist further!

It does. I just had the employee send me the link and it looked good. It's only whoever we send it to that says the link is messed up.

How are you sending the link exactly? What email software are you using? After a brief search, it seems that Avanan is security for email to prevent phishing links, do you perhaps have this on your servers?

If not, do your clients all somehow have this installed on their machines?

I will look into it on our end. We are using Outlook to send our emails. We copy the link from DB and paste it in. Been working flawlessly for some time. Today multiple clients had issues, including on their phones. I will definitely check to see if Avanan is an issue on our end and update here. Thank you!
