Do you notice this behavior on multiple browsers, or a specific one? If I were you, I'd also try to download the file using an incognito tab on your browser.

I'm getting the same error just like the others and also tried the recommendations like trying other browsers and switching to incognito mode but getting the same error. In my case, I got the link directly from Transcription HUB. Here's the link and the error Test Audio Link: link removed Can someone tell if this file has been deleted or moved here in Dropbox that's why it's inaccessible? I just received the email a few minutes ago. Thank you for the response.

No on here can determine that. You need to go back to Transcription Hub and let them know that their link is no longer working.
