View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
Our business has a Dropbox but we closed and we will be cancelling at the end of November == in the meantime I need to download the contents of the DB [probably only 500 or so G of data] for archival purposes == what's the best way to do that? I have tried in the past and it just doesn't happen correctly or. the system says it can't Zip things. == and the computer where it was hosted is not longer accessible to us = so I need to re-download I guess == just want to be sure. Thank you.
Hi @CuratorAG218, thanks for messaging the Community!
Do you have the Dropbox desktop application installed?
This would allow all the files on the account to sync to your machine automatically, allowing you to then keep a copy of it elsewhere.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
