View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
I see customer service/help is limited to subscribers.
I kind of get that, but I'm not ready to pay for a service that isn't going to function the way I need it to, and as of now, I'm it seems dropbox won't.
If I had real person guidance instead of a bot or a community, I'd get my answer quickly and would be ready to subscribe if it does function how I need.
Should anyone see this and have answers for me, the thing holding me back from subscribing is that I need to know that documents I upload will have working links on the viewer's end. It seems to me that's not possible in dropbox and from posts I've read in the Community that don't seem to get answers.
Any guidance on the hyperlink issue? Thanks!
As per the post you posted in they wont work on previews. They should, if they have been done correctly initially, work when downloaded - exactly the same as if you emailed the files.

How do you correctly make a hyperlink?
My situation is, I created a document in Canva (many documents), linked either text or images to a url, saved as pdf. When I access the downloaded Canva pdfs from my computer, the links are in tact and functioning.
When I uploaded to dropbox, then downloaded from dropbox, they don't seem to work in that document.
Thanks for any guidance.
