can't view videos that I have downloaded to my computer

The videos in my Dropbox that I downloaded are black and I can hear the sound on the videos how do I fix it I tried troubleshooting it and it didn't work.

Hi @ladyhawk190, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Do the videos preview normally on the Dropbox site?

 

Could you try using a different video player on your machine to see if the video is visible?
