Hi everyone,

 

I can't download a file that was shared me, but Dropbox doesn't explain which is the mistake, only shows that it's a mistake in the download

Hey @GL8, thanks for letting us know about this.

 

Was this file sent to you via a shared link?

 

If you're getting an error, when trying to download the file, could you please send us a screenshot of that?

 

And do you know how large the file you're trying to download is?
