Hi there, yesterday my storage 5TB was full then I deleted 1 TB folders but it still shows no space, so I can't do any sync. Do you have any idea What is the problem? Thank you

Hi there @hamzaraxzy, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you send us a screenshot of what your plan tab reports in regards to your quota and another one with the syncing error you're getting?
