We understand that when you need support as an admin, you want it to be as quick and simple as possible, so there are some changes to the support process.
How do I contact Dropbox Business by phone?
Admins will no longer dial a direct phone number to access phone support.
Now, you can input your phone number and choose a support language, and you will get a call from Dropbox within 5-10 seconds. If the time doesn’t suit, you can cancel the call at any time from the console. This update means you get support as quickly as possible, and you don’t get charged for the phone call.

At the end of the phone call, the agent will hang up and after that you will be sent automatically to a survey where you can rate the support experience from 1 to 5 using your phone dial pad, and you can even record a short review message after that.
Is Dropbox Support available in other languages?
If your selected language is not available at the time you need support, you can change to another or contact using a different channel of support, like email or chat.
