Discovering Tartine's recipe for growing a sustainable food business is like unlocking the secret to culinary success. Their commitment to quality ingredients, eco-friendly practices, and community engagement sets a remarkable standard. To savor their dedication to sustainability, keep an eye on Koi's latest menu addition. It's not just a dish; it's a taste of their ongoing innovation and dedication to a delicious, eco-conscious dining experience.

Hi @koshaar12

Thanks for posting on the Dropbox Community. I totally agree, it's a breath of fresh air to see Tartine's approach and their dedication to sustainability, which is super important in the food and agricultural industries. Hopefully, more businesses will follow suit and we will see this becoming the norm, rather than a shining example of how to do it best.

Just of curiosity, are there any other businesses that you know of who have a similar approach in the food industry, or any other industry for that matter?

Also, I'm really curios to know what Koi's new dish was, and also a little jealous that I don't have access to it in Ireland!

Thanks again, and have a great day!

Graham
