Hi Jane, the unresolved issue here is that I have a Dropbox Business account, and a personal account, and I've accidentally created docs under the personal account. There's no way to transfer ownership of the docs to the paid business account. Fair enough if Dropbox has identified this as a paid feature, but I am paying, and can't achieve what I want, which is frustrating. Looks like the only option is to delete and recreate docs, which is definitely not ideal.
