Hi we have a dropbox business account with one of the original admin accounts linked to an email which is actually an internal email account that cannot receive emails from outside sources. I've tried to edit it and replace with a new admin email. the email of that person is alreday linked to another dropbox account (not business) and therefore your system won't allow me to make the change as it says the email is alredya taken. how do I make the change please?
