I've spent a long time thinking about this but it appears that the sync function on camera uploads is not actually a constant 'sync', but merely just 'add'. I'm guessing that when camera uploads is switched on, an immediate copy of the photo is 'added' to the Dropbox camera uploads folder and not really constantly synced, and as such, if I delete from the Dropbox it will never reappear in Dropbox as it's merely just a copy - not Dropbox constantly syncing with whatever photos are on my phone. If this is correct then whatever useless photos I'm taking can easily be deleted from Dropbox freeing up some space. But it also means that, if I have a lot of useless photos, I need to delete from both the Dropbox camera uploads folder AND also my device in order to get rid of all copies of them. There is no easy way to delete these useless photos quickly from both Dropbox and the device in a single action. Can anyone tell me if that is truly correct?

It really makes the difference of listening to your community and giving feedback on items which the community feel would improve their experience. I am a bit surprised that this is not already a standard eature on Dropbox. It is amazing how many ideas that are passing by without this feature - both your loss and ours (as users)!
