My community project and charity has a very small staff team of 4. We've paid for Dropbox Plus accounts for all of us for the last 3 years and had a shared team folder to enable us to sync files and share these easily.
We trialled Dropbox business for a month free in June but decided we couldn't afford to upgrade, however since the trial ended, our team folder is no longer syncing like it did before on Dropbox Plus. We all have an annual subscription to Dropbox Plus which are all paid for.
How do we get back to what we had before?!! Its really frustrating that a free trial has left us worse off than we were before!
