So I've already sent an email to customer support but as a response can take up to 72 hours, I've decided to vent my frustrations here. Perhaps someone can direct me to a better solution. I attempted to create a Dropbox Business account last night and unwittingly and accidentally made several huge payments to my bank account. My bank account was overdrawn by a large number and it still remains overdrawn. If this issue isn't resolved within 24 hours my account will be penalized even more.
What frustrates me the most is that this "efficient" and "advanced" website has no helpdesk phone number to be found. I've already cancelled the account but the overdraft remains. Thank you for the overdraft fees!
