I cannot open files when I try to access them through the Dropbox folder on my computer. My team uses online files to save harddrive space so I know they need to be downloaded. The attached picture shows the green icon with the file that I can open and the gray icon on files I cannot open. The gray icon is a circle with a white triangle in it not a line like you would see with a selective sync issue.
I tried going to another device with the same Dropbox account and I have no problem opening any files. How do I get this figured out so I can start accessing my files again.
