I'm using the dropbox app (latest release) on my iMac Retina running MacOs Catalina.
The dropbox app kept disappearing from the tray so I updated my iMac to Catalina, hoping it would solve this.
Now every time I connect to my account (via Google), the dropbox app starts, but after a few seconds, the "configure" dialog pops up and asks for connection.
After I am connected, Smart sync insists on keeping the files online, saying there's not enough room on my hard drive, although there is (well, not if the app tries to redownload a duplicate of my files, but well ...)
Any idea how to solve this. My dropbox account is currently useless to me.
