Currently running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a 17" 2017 Macbook Pro with the latest available Dropbox update.
I rely on Dropbox to manage literally all of my files. My "Documents", "Downloads", etc. folders are all empty. Yet, my Macbook keeps telling me it is out of space. When I review the files my Mac is telling me are the largest, every single one of those files is actually located in a Dropbox folder. It is almost as if Mac is mistaking Dropbox files and thinking the files are located on the hard drive.
Is there a solution to this?
