Dropbox customer supports does not answer!! totally useless!!!
My account is not syncing with the new devices. I see the files from selective sync list, however, nothing pops up in file manager. I use local not online.
I have tried
1-Fix permissions 2-Fix hard links 3-Reset file system warning options 4-Restarted the app many times 5-uninstalled and reinstall many times 6- tried both local and online view only many times
No firewall or antivirus activated.
My account works very well with my old device.
I have NBN internet and very fast. checked the speed and it is very good. Download 95 mbps , upload 40 mbps.
Windows is updated.
Dropbox is the latest version.
the device is Microsoft surface running windows 10 pro.
