Dropbox Forum does not work on Safari on my iPad, or Internet Explorer on my Desktop (Laptop). I had to load the Chrome App on my iPad to answer:
Thank you for your interest.
I have been backing-up Flexile from within the Flexile App on my iPad and it worked fine on iOS 8.3 until I upgraded Dropbox to 3.9.
I think something Dropbox did in 3.9 and/or on its Servers caused this. I had to move my "Dropbox" cache to a Hard Disk with more memory than was available on Laptop in order to use "Dropbox's" Desktop application. I have a large Relational Database with many"Linked" (interconnected) "Tables" (Spreadsheets) that is compressed to a ZIP file (folder?) over 500 MB in size. Before Dropbox's update to VS 3.9 it worked. Now it does not and Dropbox Support does not understand, recognize or admit that this is the problem.
Thanks again for your input.

I have been having a problem with saving my Relational Database (FLEXILE) for almost three (3) weeks now and Dropbox support has given up on solving the problem.
- I was able to save my FLEXILE (as a Zip file) for a long time with out any problems.
- I purchased Dropbox Pro through the iOS app April 25, 2015 my 1,000 GB plan will expire on April 26, 2016.
- Dropbox still worked fine and I could still save FLEXILE as zip.
- May 2, 2015 was the last time I saved FLEXILE as zip before UPGRADING THE DROPBOX MOBILE APP TO VERSION 3.9.
- I can still save CSV files.
Ever since upgrading to 3.9 I have not been able to save my Flexile Relational Database. The growing size of this database is why I purchased Dropbox Pro.
I have pointed out that I think the 3.9 upgrade of Dropbox is the problem, and Dropbox Support has given up on solving the problem

I apologize for the inconvenience, but it looks like this problem is unrelated to Dropbox. In this case we are unable to provide support, and I’d recommend contacting the customer support organization of the product in question for a solution.
