I would like to get a refund about Dropbox business service.
past a year, I didn’t notice that I am using Dropbox business account with automatic payment. It was paid last year at this time.
But, I don’t ask you refund about that this payment. Anyway, it was happened and I didn’t check my credit card receipt at that time throughly . And,sometimes I’ve been used Dropbox but important thing is I just thought that it is just free service.
And, today, I was very shocked with the payment message about annual subscription with the total amount $450. I just noticed that Dropbox business is automatically renewed and I am using this business subscription.
Actually, If I know thay I am using business service and it is $450 value. I didn’t use this service because that service is not fitted with my work style and it is really expensive to pay the amount by a normal user without company support.
The payment was just happened today and I didn’t use anything at all after this payment, so I would like to stop this business subscription and I would like to get refund. I can’t handle this extra expenditure in my income level thesedays.
I would like to fix this issue so pleasse handle this issue. I will also report this issue to my credit card company to cancel it, modify it.
