I've been using Dropbox Plus for over a year, and wanted to investigate Dropbox Business for the company that I freelance for. I set up a trial to use it, and then learned that someone else at the company signed up for Dropbox Business already and I wanted to cancel my trial and just use what was already set up. However, the trial ran out - and now, I can't post to any of the folders I've had access to through my normal Dropbox Plus account. Nothing is synching any more, and I keep getting messages about my trial ending and needing to upgrade. How can I remove the trial details from my account and go back to using what I had before? Is that even possible?
