I’m unable to contact support through chat (admin console says chat is closed) also contacting through mail doesn’t work as I’m not able to fill in the “device” so using the forum instead. Can’t find a definitive answer on the forum or google about the data transfer api calls. I’m trialing a Dropbox business advanced account to check if its usable for backup. As a test I’ve uploaded 112GB which uses 4% of my api calls. Questions: Is the api call limit for data transfer agents only applicable for uploading data? Or for both uploading and downloading? Any way to lift the restriction to get unlimited API calls? If not what about the initial seeding of Dropbox? In my case I would need to upload 80TB, after that, I can consider if the API call limit would be sufficient for me.
