I am so frustrated with my account today.  Four times I have had to verify it is me.  When I try to open my "home" or "files" - I cannot see the files.  I get a white page with shaded file folders.  No words.  Won't open.  I don't want to read articles on "how to......".  Please tell me what is going wrong.

By the way - I have no idea which of your suggested categories pertain to my issue.

Thank you.

Hi there, I keep getting an error message when I try to share files -- or when I try to copy the shareable link and then try to navigate to it, I get the error message: 'This site cannot be reached'.

Hi all

There is something really wrong with DropBox tonight.  I've two ISPs here (fibre and copper) and all other websites I'm visiting are completely normal (so it's not this end or any backbone issue).

I'm continually getting "This site can't be reached"

With "The webpage at https://www.dropbox.com... (etc) might be tempoarily down or may have moved permanently to a new web address."

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

I've never ever had this before.  DropBox has always just worked.

Thoughts?

Appears to be online for me, from two different ISPs, in two different states. Maybe just a brief glitch?
